You have three calendar days from the date of delivery to return the items. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you purchased it to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in its original packaging, and evidence of purchase must be given by the receipt you got at the time of purchase. The 3-day return period begins when the first delivery attempt is made.
Accepted reasons to return a product are:

Conditions for return:
The object must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of flaws. Fashion pieces can be put on to see if they fit, but they are still considered new.
Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must all be included with the product.
The product must be returned in its original retailer packaging/package, which must be undamaged. If the product was shipped in the second layer of Online Saathi packaging, it must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, along with a return shipping mark with any tape or labels from the manufacturer's packaging completely removed.
